Will you be needing dance Shoes? Save on registration when you purchase ballet, tap and Jazz shoes from our studio.
Policies: Tuition is due the 10th of the month by cash, check or credit. Credit payments include a 3% convenience fee. Tuition is non-refundable. A $15 late fee is applied to tuition paid after the 15th of the month. If tuition is 45 days past due participation is placed on hold until tuition is brought up to date. A 10% discount is applied to the tuition of each additional dependent in the household. There is a one-time registration fee of $15.00 or $25 per family. If you chose to unenroll from our program 60 days’ notice is required, payments and financial responsivity will be expected for that time. It’s your responsibility to inform Kassandra’s Dance Academy, the 60 days start the day we are informed for unenrollment. Recital payments for costumes payment dates will be on our studio calendar please follow closely. If you do not wish for your child to participate in the winter program or our annual recital in June its your responsibility to inform us by October 9th.No drama, if a family or child creates drama in studio, online or any other area, Kassandra’s Dance Academy will have right to ask this family to kindly find a new studio. I understand that being kind to teachers and staff is required by Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC.
COVID Guidelines: At Kassandra’s Dance Academy each student’s safety is our top priority, if your child has a fever or is under the weather, please keep them at home. If another statewide shut down happens classes will be online, and payment is still required.
Street shoes, food and gum are not permitted on the dance floor. Before the start of each class participants should use the restroom and use hand sanitizer upon entering the classroom. Parents are asked to wait in the lobby so participants can give their undivided attention to the instructor. After class, participants waiting for their parent or guardian should do so inside the academy. Please be prompt dropping off and picking up your child. Participants are to follow the dress code hair must be done for the class, shoes, and clothing proper for the class. Attendance is necessary to improve individually and for group choreography to be at its best. Due to risk of injury, late arrivals may be asked to sit and watch if they have missed warm up. Please communicate all absences prior to the missed class. Participants are encouraged to make-up all missed classes, be it personal, holiday or weather related, within the current season. When bad weather occurs, the academy closes if Sandusky County is under a Level 2 snow emergency. While we prepare for our end of season performance (February-May) participants with excessive absences may be dismissed from choreography. Release: I am fully aware of the risks, including serious injury, paralysis or even death, as well as other damages and losses, associated with my child’s participation at Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC. I hereby release, absolve and hold harmless Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC director and employees from all damages, losses or injuries occurring as a result of my child’s participates Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC.
In the event of my child is injured while participating at, Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC I give my consent to Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC, to obtain medical treatment for my child. I also understand I will be responsible for any medical expenses which may occur from participation at Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC.I grant Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC, the right to take photographs and video of my child as well as authorize, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish in print and or electronically. I agree Kassandra’s Dance Academy LLC may use the photos and videos of my child with or without his or her name and for any lawful purpose including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
